What is Chief Nest?
Chief Nest is an embedded-operator company. We place vetted, trained operators, called Chiefs, inside remote founder-led companies to run operations, admin, research, CRM, and outbound. Chiefs work with AI leverage and human judgment, are supervised by a Chief Nest account manager, and are measured on results, not hours.
What does an embedded operator actually do?
Your Chief learns your business, then takes over the recurring work that eats your week: inbox and calendar coordination, file and CRM upkeep, research delivered as recommendations, outbound prospecting, freelancer coordination, and reporting. Over time they turn repeated work into documented systems your company keeps.
How is a Chief different from a virtual assistant?
A VA waits for instructions; a Chief runs a scope. Chiefs are trained before they meet you, certified on tools like ClickUp, OpenAI, and Claude, and backed by an account manager who keeps their output climbing. We are not a staffing agency or a middleman: you contract with Chief Nest, and we stay responsible for the result.
How much does Chief Nest cost?
The Embedded Operator plan starts at $1,800 per month. Larger engagements, including GTM systems and multi-person operator teams, are scoped on a short call. See the pricing page for current plans.
How fast can we start?
Days, not weeks. Chiefs are trained before they are matched, so there is no recruiting period: after a short onboarding covering your tools, priorities, and first handovers, your Chief starts clearing work.
What if my Chief is not the right fit?
In the first two weeks we replace your Chief free, for any reason, including simply not clicking. No justification needed.
What tools are Chiefs trained on?
Chief Nest is a ClickUp Registered Partner, an OpenAI Select Partner, and a Claude Partner Network member. Chiefs are trained on that stack plus the everyday GTM toolkit: CRMs, LinkedIn outreach, Google Workspace, and reporting tools, and they adapt to whatever your company already runs on.
How do you measure the work?
By results delivered, not hours logged. You hand your Chief a task and it comes back done, with a short end-of-day note so you always know what moved. Founders typically reclaim 10 to 15 hours a week.
Where are Chief Nest operators based?
Chiefs are carefully vetted, English-fluent talent from the MENA region, trained to operate inside fast-moving entrepreneurial environments, with Chief Nest presence across Riyadh, Dubai, and London. They work in your time zone's rhythm and embed directly into your team's tools and channels.
Why is it called Chief Nest?
The name comes from Treasure Island: the bird perched on the captain's shoulder, staying close, scouting ahead, and acting on the captain's behalf. You are the Chief, your operator is the bird, and the Nest is the company that trains and backs them. The logo fuses a bird, an arrow, and a check: agent, action, done. More on the about page.
