Who we are
Chief Nest LLC is a Delaware limited liability company based in the United States, with an operations team in Saudi Arabia. We place trained operators, our Chiefs, inside remote founder-led companies. This policy covers chiefnest.com, the ways you contact us through it, and the personal data we handle when you work with us as a client or apply to become a Chief. Where you have signed an agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence for anything it covers.

What we collect
On this website. The site has no contact forms and sets no cookies of its own. The only ways to reach us from it are the booking link and email.
- Booking data. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email address and any notes you add, and sends them to us.
- Email. Whatever you choose to send us when you write to hello@chiefnest.com.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font file is fetched.
If you become a client. Business information, contact details, project requirements, payment information, communication records and usage data from the tools we run your work in.
If you apply to be a Chief. Personal and contact details, professional background, application materials, assessment results, work samples and, once engaged, banking details for payment.
This website does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and set up the call you asked for.
- To assess fit, on both sides: whether Chief Nest suits your company, and whether an applicant suits the role.
- To deliver and manage engagements, invoice, and pay Chiefs.
- To run the site securely and keep it working.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run the business, each acting under our instructions: website hosting, scheduling (Calendly), email and workspace tools (Google Workspace), payment processing (Stripe, Mercury), CRM (Zoho, Pipedrive), communication (Slack) and cloud storage. We never sell personal data, and we never share it with advertisers.
We are based in the United States, and data may also be processed by our team in Saudi Arabia and by providers in other countries. Where data crosses borders we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Client and Chief records: for the length of the relationship plus three years.
- Unsuccessful applications: two years.
- Financial records: seven years.
- Communication records: three years.
- Enquiries that go nowhere: up to 24 months after our last contact.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email hello@chiefnest.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can raise it with your regulator: in the United States your State Attorney General, in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office, and in Saudi Arabia the Saudi Data and AI Authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client, applicant and enquiry data is limited to the Chief Nest team members who need it. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Children
Our services are for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
