What we do
Chief Nest embeds trained operators into remote, founder-led companies. Your Chief learns your business, then runs the work that eats your week: operations, admin, research, coordination, CRM, and outbound. They use AI tools to cover the ground of a small team, and we measure them on results delivered, not hours logged.
The value is simple: founders get 10 to 15 hours a week back, and the repetitive work that lived in their head becomes documented systems that scale. Every Chief is vetted and trained before they meet you, and supervised by a Chief Nest account manager afterward, so the value keeps climbing instead of plateauing.
We are not a recruiting firm and not a staffing agency. You contract with Chief Nest, your Chief works inside your team day to day, and we stay responsible for the outcome.
Chief Nest started when one operator took a pre-revenue startup to $50K MRR in six months. That operator model became a company.
The name
It comes from Treasure Island: the bird perched on the captain's shoulder. The captain leads and decides. The bird stays close, scouts ahead, and acts on the captain's behalf.
You are the Chief. Your operator is the bird. The Nest is the company that trains them, backs them, and stands behind the work.
The mark carries the whole method in one symbol: a bird, an arrow, and a check, fused together. Agent, then action, then done.
