AI agents that do real work
Chief Nest builds AI agents that do real operational work, not chat demos. Our agents have tools and memory: they read and update your sheets and documents, post to your project tools, sort incoming messages and book meetings. We run agents like these in production every day.
What is an AI agent, in plain terms?
An AI agent is a language model given a job, a set of tools and a memory. Instead of only answering a question, it can look something up, change a record, send a message or book a meeting, then remember what it did.
What can an agent do in your business?
These are agents we run ourselves, every day:
- A content operations agent we message on Telegram. It reads and updates the content schedule in Google Sheets, edits drafts in Google Docs and posts updates to the team in ClickUp.
- A scheduling assistant that reads each message, works out what is being asked, and creates the Zoom meeting and calendar event.
- Specialist agents that write proposal drafts, produce branded documents and make checked changes to our own website.
How do you keep an agent safe and accurate?
Each agent gets only the tools its job needs and answers only to the people allowed to use it. A person approves its output wherever a mistake would matter, and any failure sends an alert to our team straight away.
Which models and tools do you use?
We build mostly on Claude, connected to your tools through n8n, APIs and the platforms you already use, such as Google Sheets and Docs, ClickUp and Telegram.
What happens after launch?
We monitor the agent, fix what breaks and tune its instructions as your work changes. An agent is a system to look after, not a one-off delivery.

A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions in your tools, such as updating a record or booking a meeting, and remembers what it did.
