AI automation and workflows
Chief Nest automates the work your team repeats every week. We connect your tools with n8n, Google Apps Script, Power Automate and APIs, and put AI inside the steps that need judgment, like reading a call transcript or sorting email replies.
What can be automated?
Work that repeats and follows steps a person can describe. Workflows we have built:
- Content scheduling. Each week approved posts are picked, scheduled and sent to the posting team every day, with statuses updated automatically. We run this live for every client voice we write for.
- Client onboarding. A sales call transcript becomes a set-up workspace, copied templates, a welcome email and reminders that escalate if nothing comes back.
- Reply sorting. Cold email replies are read and the interested ones are forwarded straight to the right person.
- Data syncing and document routing. Campaign data pulled into one database, and receipts found, converted to PDF and forwarded on a schedule.
Where does AI fit inside a workflow?
Only in the steps that need judgment: reading a transcript and pulling out the details, deciding whether a reply is interested, or parsing a returned questionnaire. Everything else runs as plain, predictable automation.

How do you handle failures?
Every workflow reports its failures. When one breaks, an alert reaches our team straight away, so it is fixed before anyone notices a missed step.
Who owns the automations?
You do. They are documented and run in accounts you control, so you are never locked in.

Usually not. We build on the tools you already pay for and suggest a new one only when it clearly saves time or money.
We map the work first, then give you a date for the first workflow before we start building.
Yes. Every workflow is documented, and we can walk your team through how it works.
