How do you protect our main domain?
We never send cold email from your main domain. Campaigns run from separate sending domains with their own inboxes, warmed up before the first send, so your everyday email keeps its reputation.
Where do the lead lists come from?
We build them for each campaign around your ideal buyer. We pull from data tools such as Apollo, enrich and verify the contacts with tools such as Clay, and can find lookalikes of your best existing customers.
How do you test and improve sequences?
Each campaign runs as a short sequence of emails. We test different versions against each other, keep what earns replies and rewrite what does not.
How do we see results?
A daily view of every campaign: emails sent, replies, interested replies and meetings, plus a written report on what we are changing and why.
